Board and Donor Experiential Weekend:
“Can You Feel The SHIFT?”
(IONS) Board and
Life Directors along with President+ Circle Members gathered
at The Institute of Noetic
Sciences Campus for an exceptional experiential weekend that
featured a rare one-day workshop exploring human consciousness
through alchemy and art with Ralph Metzer, Silvia Nakkach, and
Dana Andersen. The weekend included presentations by Board and
Staff, a workshop for donors titled, Honoring Sacred Intentions
and Nobel Aspirations with Phil Murphy, Kathleen
Erickson-Freeman and Deborah Breitbach as well as Executive
Sessions where the vision of the organization is planned. The
Saturday night Gala Reception and Dinner, “An Evening in Italy”
included music, opera and ritual in “Feeling the SHIFT-O”.
Reports from attendees at the board meeting were all extremely
positive. Everyone "felt the shift." Staff and Board members
seem to be turning a corner.

One element that made the board meeting electric is IONS
excitement about is the ground breaking, recently published
Shift Report on Transformation now being mailed to all IONS
members. it validates the work being done in the bridge between
consciousness, spirituality and social change.

Last time IONS was in LaQuinta (palm Springs) (4 years ago), we
had 2300 people resonating together.
Please also note the discussion of the Community Group
Coordinator Pre-Conference Day, August 8. We are so fortunate to
have a FREE preconference day for networking and community
building. All those who share leadership in community groups are
invited. In addition, there will be a free breakfast session for
us during the conference.
